“Kim is highly organised and efficient. She handles every aspect of the conveyancing transaction. She appreciates that her clients have enough to think about when it comes to buying and selling property without any added stress in the conveyancing process.”
Kim Williams was born and raised in Melbourne before moving to Bacchus Marsh at the age of 15. After completing her VCE at Bacchus Marsh Secondary College, Kim commenced working as a receptionist with Madden and Bourke in Bacchus Marsh.
Kim has worked at various conveyancing firms during her career gaining valuable conveyancing experience across a broad range of areas. Her thirst for knowledge and desire to expand her expertise has allowed her work in a number of different firms in the region. She has an advanced Diploma in Legal Services and obtained her conveyancing license in 2015.
She loves being able to assist her clients with their conveyancing matters and takes great pride in ensuring it is a smooth process for clients in what can be a very stressful and busy time. Kim is a particularly well organised person and has gained valuable knowledge in the property area over my working years.
She loves working in a team environment and training other staff in all aspects of conveyancing.
