These prices are for ‘standard’ work. This is not an exhaustive list. Additional sums may apply for non-standard work. Please contact us for a quote if you think you may require additional work to be undertaken.
Please note also that disbursements, i.e. out of pocket expenses such as title searches, property enquiries, PEXA fees, and government charges are additional. On average, the approximate cost of disbursements is $150 – $450. Prices as at 1 July 2024.
You’re welcome to come into any one of our offices in Bacchus Marsh, Castlemaine or Sunbury to speak directly to us, but if you can’t make it into the office, that’s no problem, we can conduct transfers for property anywhere in Victoria via phone or online.
