Over the years we’ve spoken with many clients who believe it more expensive to hire a lawyer than a licensed conveyancer. We’re here to dispel that myth! At Casa Conveyancing we charge a fixed fee of $1,000+GST for a standard conveyance, instead of a sliding fee determined by the property’s sale price.

There are no upfront costs to pay. In most instances our fees are paid at settlement (or charged to you at a reduced price if your property is taken off the market).

Choosing Casa Conveyancing means you’ll have the added benefit of our legal advice. We can help you get your affairs in order by preparing Wills and/or Powers of Attorney. We can also assist with administration of deceased estates if there’s been a death in the family. And because you’ll be one of our treasured clients, we’ll work for you at a discounted rate.
