When buying property, Casa Conveyancing’s experienced team look after all aspects of the buying process including reviewing, negotiating and amending the contract of sale.

We communicate with the seller and their legal representatives on your behalf and we also deal with the real estate agents, and the bank or broker for you. We even attend settlement on your behalf.

We handle every step in the purchase process so that you have one less thing to worry about during this potentially stressful time. Purchasing a property is arguably one the most important financial decisions you will make in life, so it’s important you are fully informed by professionals throughout the process. Our team will ensure that the purchase of your new property is as seamless and straightforward as possible. Buying a new property is an exciting time, and we love helping our clients realise their dreams. Whether it’s a first home purchase or an addition to an investment portfolio we understand it’s important to you and a priority. We handle all pre-settlement, settlement and post settlement phases. We also keep a copy of your property file for at least 7 years so we have all necessary documentation to assist if you want to sell.

Finally, because you should update your Will after buying a significant asset such as real estate, Casa Conveyancing clients receive a 10% discount on our legal services, including preparation of a Will and Powers of Attorney. An initial appointment fee of $220 (inc. GST) applies, however this is waived if you instruct us to proceed with preparing your documents.
